In 1977 Ingrid Zoetmulder opened an icon gallery in Leiden and moved shortly thereafter to Delft, where she stayed until 2010. The business is now based in Amsterdam.

In the 40 years that Ingrid Zoetmulder has traded in icons, she has handled thousands of icons, studying and cataloguing them. She is the director of Zoetmulder Ikonen and certified as an appraiser of icons.

Ingrid has organized many icon exhibitions in the Netherlands and abroad and has sold many beautiful icons to collectors and lovers of icons.
